Well done Tyrean you got it right! (Well, as right as possible given the horrible challenge!)
It was indeed a Sears Roebuck moment. You see, my mother, Elizabeth Roebuck was in a hospital bed right next to Elizabeth Sears. They had no idea what that meant (it was the UK 1960s remember) but the doctor was astounded that he had Sears Roebuck on his ward.
My Mum and Elizabeth Sears remained friends for years.
